At MARDE, we are committed to delivering our premium collections to you in the most transparent and reliable manner possible.


1. Order Processing

  • Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team begins processing it within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are processed and shipped daily (Monday to Sunday) from our warehouse.

  • Please note that we do not operate or ship on public holidays or major national festivals.


2. Shipping Charges & "Honest Pricing"

  • To maintain our commitment to premium quality at accessible prices, we do not hide shipping costs within our product pricing.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.

  • By separating shipping costs, we ensure you receive the most transparent value for every piece you purchase.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Upon fulfilment, you will receive an automated email containing tracking details to follow your shipment in real-time.


4. Shipping Restrictions & Address Changes

  • No Address Changes: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot entertain any requests for address changes or redirections. Please ensure all contact and delivery details are 100% accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery Rejection: If a delivery is rejected by the customer or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, any additional shipping costs for re-attempted delivery will be borne by the customer.


5. Stock Availability & Final Authority

  • Exclusivity Clause: We produce in strictly limited quantities to maintain the quality and exclusivity of the MARDE brand.

  • Oversell Protocol: In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Sole Discretion: MARDE reserves the sole and absolute right to cancel any order or refuse service. Our internal decision regarding stock allocation, order cancellations, and refund eligibility is final and binding. No further claims or correspondence will be entertained once a final decision has been communicated by our team.


6. Taxes and Duties

  • Domestic Orders (India): All listed prices are inclusive of GST. No additional taxes will be charged at the time of delivery.

  • International Orders: While product prices include relevant local taxes, customs duties and import charges vary by country and are not included. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal to Pay Duties: If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.


7. Couriers & Potential Delays

  • We partner with trusted logistics providers including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, MARDE is not liable for unexpected delays caused by weather, regional restrictions, strikes, or customs procedures.

  • In case of a suspected lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner before a resolution (replacement or refund) is provided.
